THE NAME OF THE LORD

The Name of the Lord is a place of refuge from evil. It is not just a Name; it is a House, a Tower, which the righteous run into for safety.

SCRIPTURE: The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. Proverbs 18:10
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The Name of the Lord is a place of refuge from evil; it is not just a Name; it is a House.
We live in a world where perpetrators of evil are on rampage. It is obvious to see that as we come to the end of the age, evil multiplies. We live in a world where both the devil and his agents are on a hot chase after souls (1 Peter 5:8).
When the World Health Organization (WHO) was established a little above 70 years ago, the number of incurable diseases on earth could be counted on the fingers of the hand but today, incurable diseases are almost numberless. Today, kidnappings and killings are rampant.
But there is good news, and the good news is that there is a way out. So, take note of the following:
1. We have a Name that is a refuge for the saints.
The Name of the Lord is a place of refuge from evil. It is not just a Name; it is a House, a Tower, which the righteous run into for safety.
In ancient times, when there was war and there was a strong tower in the city, people would run to the tower for safety and they would be safe. That is what the Name of the Lord is. And no devil is devilish enough to pursue you inside the Name of the Lord. So, the Name is not just a noun; it is a House. It is not just an Identity but a Capacity.
2. There is safety for the righteous in the world of evil. Our anchor scripture did not say everyone runs into and is safe; it says, the righteous run into it.( Proverbs 18:10). So, there is safety for the righteous in the world of evil. As a righteous man or woman, you are not permitted to be a victim like others. No ritual killer is permitted to use your blood for sacrifice; it is an abomination.
Any witch or agent of darkness who dares you or anyone related to you, their coven and everyone inside it shall be roasted by fire!
REMEMBER THIS: The Name of the Lord is a place of refuge from evil; it is not just a Name; it is a House.
ASSIGNMENT (S):
1. Hand over your life to Jesus if you have not done that.
2. Do not rely on your strength, wisdom or strength for safety.
3. Plead the Blood of Jesus on your life daily.

PRAYER: Lord, my life is in Your Hands. Let Your glory be my defence Lord. I refuse to be a victim of satanic wickedness in this generation, Lord in Jesus Name.

THE RIGHT ASSOCIATION – A THERAPY FOR FEAR

Be careful who you call friend.

SCRIPTURE: Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus. Acts 4:13
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Be careful who you call friend.
I heard this from Dr Paul Enenche, he said "Sometime ago, a military officer was deployed as the commander of 231 tank battalion, I suppose it was an armoured battalion in southern Borno, Nigeria to tackle the Boko Haram terrorists. When he told me about the assignment, I prayed for him and blessed a bottle of anointing oil for him so he could be applying it on himself. This is because it is written, touch not my anointed and do my prophet no harm (Psalms 105:15).
He left with the anointing oil, and according to him, he used it as his body cream. On the battlefield on one occasion, they were ambushed; bullets were fired at him, and a bullet passed through his camouflage uniform and came out on the other side without passing through his body or hurting him. He also anointed their quarter guard, the armoury, the gate, etc. He said that at one of the times, the terrorists visited their barrack, and saw the barrack as if it was a river; they could not see the barrack so they went back.  At another time, their camp appeared as forest to the terrorists so they went back.
He said that the terrorists came the third time and were able to see the barrack but not one of them escaped; they were all eliminated and all their equipment and weapons were collected by the soldiers. All these happened by virtue of the commanders association with and connection to the mantle of preservation.
Yesterday, we saw some therapies for fear, and today, we are looking at the right association as another therapy of fear.
In Acts 4:13, Peter and John manifested a dimension of boldness which was attributed to their association with Jesus, the Lion of the tribe of Judah. They were disciples of Jesus, and their ruggedity was confirmed because of their connection to Him.
Beloved, be careful who you call friend; there are people who have nothing to tell you but disaster, frustration, things that will encourage you in sin and iniquity and fear. Beware!
REMEMBER THIS: Be careful who you call friend.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Examine your friends; is there anyone who is a conductor of fear or sin? Disengage from such a person.
2. Keep the company of the fearless, those whose confidence is in God alone.
3. Remain with God.

PRAYER: O Lord, let Your fearless Nature in me be activated. Cause me to walk in boldness, audacity and authority, Lord in Jesus Name.

OUR FEARLESSNESS GODS TOOL FOR OUR DELIVERANCE

Your fearlessness is what rescues you. Your fearlessness commits God to your deliverance; it is a proof of faith in God and anywhere God sees faith He moves.

SCRIPTURE: And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that of God. Philippians 1:28
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Your fearlessness commits God to your deliverance
Sometime ago, a lady testified in church about how she was taken to the camp of ritual killers. But she said that she was not afraid of them; she kept declaring My pastor said, there shall be no loss. And the devil inside the ritual killers became angry, but despite their anger, they could not even scratch her. She was released.
The truth is, many people have escaped from the den of ritual killers, serial murderers, and some other atmospheres of danger by virtue of their fearlessness.
On our journey of exploring the virtues of fearlessness, we shall be looking at the following today:
1. Fearlessness, boldness and courage guarantee the rescue of the saints.
Your fearlessness is what rescues you. Your fearlessness commits God to your deliverance; it is a proof of faith in God and anywhere God sees faith He moves. A time is going to come very shortly when people with catapults, like David, would bring down people with general purpose machine guns (1 Sam. 17:45-50). If you refuse to fear, your fearlessness becomes a covering.
2. Fearlessness, boldness and courage guarantee victory in battle. That is, if you are fearless, the battle would end in your favour and you become victorious by fearlessness (Joshua 10:24, 25).
Today, I release the mantle of audacity, boldness, and fearlessness upon you. I command fear to die, in Jesus’ Name.
REMEMBER THIS: Your fearlessness commits God to your deliverance.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Praise God whenever the devil tries to send fear signals your way.
2. Hand over every object of worry to God at the place of prayer and ignore them as if they do not exist.
3. Avoid the association of the fearful because fear is transferable.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for fighting all my battles and handling every issue around my life. I have no cause to be afraid because You are in total control, Lord, in Jesus Name.

THE VIRTUES OF FEARLESSNESS

Fearlessness is a raw material for strength.

SCRIPTURE: And do not [for a moment] be frightened or intimidated in anything by your opponents and adversaries, for such [constancy and fearlessness] will be a clear sign (proof and seal) to them of [their impending] destruction, but [a sure token and evidence] of your deliverance and salvation, and that from God. Philippians 1:28 (AMP)
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: To be fearless is to keep company with God; to be fearful is to keep company with the devil.
Yesterday, we saw that one of the weapons of the devil against the children of God is the weapon of fear. To be trapped by fear is to be positioned for destruction by the enemy. We also saw the reasons to avoid the trap of fear at all cost.
Beloved, if you are to avoid fear, embrace fearlessness. And today we shall be seeing the virtues of fearlessness.
1. Fearlessness delivers unbeatable strength.
In Proverbs 28:1, the Bible says, the wicked flee when no man pursues but the righteous are bold as a Lion.
So, the Lion is bold and fearless. And Proverbs 30:30 tells what that fearlessness offers the lion: A lion which is strongest among beasts, and turneth not away for any battle. So, to be fearless is to be strong. That is a straight line equation: the Lion is bold, and because the Lion is bold, it is strong. It does not turn away from any challenge. So, fearlessness is a raw material for strength.
2. Fearlessness, boldness, courage attracts the Presence of God.
If you refuse to fear, you will experience God's company (Amos 3:3); He will go with you into battles (1 Chronicles 28:20). The Presence of God is palpable with the fearless. To be fearless is to keep company with God; to be fearful is to keep company with the devil.
3. Fearlessness, boldness or courage guarantees the destruction of the adversary (Philippians 1:28)
Fearlessness confirms the destruction of the adversary.
Receive the baptism of the spirit of fearlessness and courage on your life today, in Jesus Name.
REMEMBER THIS: To be fearless is to keep company with God; to be fearful is to keep company with the devil.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Reject every attempt by the enemy to cast fear upon you.
2. Maintain the atmosphere of God's Presence always.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for the privilege of sitting with You in the heavenly places far above principalities and powers. I fear nothing because You are in charge O! Lord, in Jesus Name.

AVOID THE TRAP OF FEAR

Everywhere fear is born strength dies; you cannot be afraid and be strong at the same time (Deuteronomy 31:6).

SCRIPTURE: For the thing which I greatly feared is come upon me, and that which I was afraid of is come unto me. Job 3:25
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Fear is the forerunner of evil.
It is obvious that we live in times where there is palpable fear in the land as if we are in the midst of war. The truth is that the devil uses the weapon of fear to facilitate defeat; wherever the devil wants to work, he sends out fear first. So, we must avoid the trap of fear.
Why must we avoid the trap of fear? We will now see three reasons why fear must be avoided:
1. Fear is a magnet of disaster and destruction. Fear is the forerunner of evil (Job 3:25) be it the fear of war, terrorists, herdsmen, disease, curse, etc., it magnetises disaster.
2. Fear is the paralysis of strength. Fear paralyzes strength. Everywhere fear is born strength dies; you cannot be afraid and be strong at the same time (Deuteronomy 31:6). The choice for fear is the choice against strength and the choice for strength is the choice against fear (Joshua 10:25).
3. Fear delivers torment (1 John 4:18). Fear is a demon; it is a spirit that torments. And the torment of fear can be worse than the torment of disease.
As a matter of fact, the torment of fear will be a precursor or a kindergarten for what is called anxiety neurosis; where the victim’s whole body is miserable, shaking and vibrating; the person can even run at the shaking of a leaf or can bind the devil because a mosquito just flew around him. That will not be your portion. Make up your mind to kill fear by all means.
REMEMBER THIS: Fear is the forerunner of evil.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Refuse to fear.
2. Build your faith by studying the scriptures daily and locate light that will kill every fear in your life.
3. Pick up messages on faith for your edification.

PRAYER: Lord, I receive the Spirit of Power and fearlessness from You. Fear has no place in my life, Lord in Jesus Name.

THE BEAUTY OF THE LORD

Our God is the epitome of beauty. It is not possible to be connected to God and not be beautified.

SCRIPTURE: And let the beauty of the Lord our God be upon us: and establish thou the work of our hands upon us; yea, the work of our hands establish thou it. Psalm 90:17
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: It is not possible to be connected to God and not be beautified.
Our God is the epitome of beauty. It is not possible to be connected to God and not be beautified.
Psalm 96:6 says, Honour and majesty are before him: strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
So, anyone who dwells in the sanctuary of God is not permitted to be a victim of ugliness, shame or reproach because strength and beauty are in His sanctuary.
Now, what would the beauty of the Lord do for you?
1. The beauty of the Lord imparts attraction. When God beautifies you, rejection gets swallowed up.
2. The beauty of the Lord guarantees access. When God beautifies you, doors open for you where they are closed for others.
Now, what is the secret of beauty?
1. Worship
Worship is a secret of beauty.
Psalm 29:2 says, Give unto the Lord the glory due unto his name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.
2. Holiness
Holiness beautifies a person; iniquity uglifies a person. Most people who have surrendered their lives to alcohol and donated themselves to iniquity  look ugly and far older than their age.
3. The sanctuary of God. Psalm 96:6 says, strength and beauty are in his sanctuary. Those who are committed to sanctuary worship can never be uglified by the devil.
4. The Presence of God. In 1 Samuel 16:18, we see that the Lord is with him was the secret of David"s beauty. The Lord cannot be with you and your life is not beautiful.
Beloved, I decree that your life shall experience the beauty of God in this season, in Jesus Name.
REMEMBER THIS: It is not possible to be connected to God and not be beautified.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Endeavour to maintain fellowship of the brethren in church.
2. Live in worship.
3. Live in righteousness.
4. Ask God to beautify your life.

PRAYER: Lord, I ask that You beautify my life. By Your beauty Lord, I attract whatever is mine and access my blessings, in Jesus Name.

BREAKING FINANCIAL LIMITATION

The knowledge of His Will is the guarantee of your win in life.

SCRIPTURE: Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth. 3 John 1:2
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: What crosses your mind determines what crosses your life.
Different things take people to God’s presence in search of solution. To some people, it is a search for healing and deliverance, to others, it is their hunger for God and the desperation for an encounter with the atmosphere of God's love, glory and power.
And there are also those who come to God's presence because their financial life is sick; they are stranded in life, struggling but nothing to show. And when someone's financial life is sick or grounded, it could bring distraction to his service to God.
So, today we are dealing with how to break financial limitations. Now, if you want to be connected to the resources of God and break financial limitations over your life, what do you do?
1. Put God first in life (Matthew 6:33)
To put God first in life implies making God the most important consideration in your life’s decisions. It means that God is more important to you than anything and anyone under heaven.
2. Know God’s will for your finances.
What is the Will of God for you? Job 36:11 says, If they obey and serve him, they shall spend their days in prosperity, and their years in pleasures. Scriptures like Psalm 35:27, Psalm 37:25, 26 corroborate this. The knowledge of His Will is the guarantee of your win in life.
3. Maintain the abundance mind-set (Proverbs 23:7, Proverbs 21:5, Ephesians 3:20). What crosses your mind determines what crosses your life. Your picture determines your future; your mentality determines your reality.
4. Possess Kingdom vision. Psalm 132:1-5 tells us how David declared that he would not sleep until he builds a house for God and God released to him stupendous supplies (1 Chronicles 29:2,3).
My counsel is: make up your mind to put God first in your life, know God's will for your finances, maintain the abundance mind-set and possess Kingdom vision in order to break financial limitation and exist in supernatural abundance.
REMEMBER THIS: What crosses your mind determines what crosses your life.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Put God first in all you do.
2. Invest in God's Kingdom project and in people's lives.
3. Think prosperity, behave it and live it.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for the finished work of Calvary for my financial liberty. I cannot be poor! Nothing can stop my prosperity in Jesus Name!

PRESERVED BY HIS POWER

The power of God is a keeper of men; it is a preserver of lives and destinies. We are held together, kept alive and kept in charge by the power of God.

SCRIPTURE: Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 1 Peter 1:5
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: When you are equipped with power, you are guaranteed safety.
The power of God is a keeper of men; it is a preserver of lives and destinies. We are held together, kept alive and kept in charge by the power of God. The knowledge of this truth is very important because we live in a world that is becoming increasingly dangerous.
For instance, someone's offence is that he entered a taxicab, and suddenly found that he is in the midst of strange and deadly people with the intention of robbing or killing him. We live in days where human beings have become more heartless than you can ever imagine, more beastly than animals because even animals at times can be entreated. So, we need power to be kept, and the power of God is a keeper. God's power is the major tool for the preservation of the lives and destinies of God's people.
When you are equipped with power, you are guaranteed safety. The bankruptcy of power can lead to vulnerability in life; where power is in short supply, a person can be easily vulnerable to the wickedness of the wicked.
Moses would have died before his time if not for the power of God. Moses was one man who carried power; he was a symbol of power so he could not be wasted by the devil. Pharaoh, as terrible as he was, looked for Moses and Moses, after encountering the power of God, returned to face him. He manhandled Pharaoh until Pharaoh was buried in the Red Sea (Exodus 10:7; Exodus 14:1-28). That is, Moses became the terroriser of a terrorist (Pharaoh) by power.
Beloved, if you want your life to become a snare to the kingdom of darkness, what you need is power, the Power of God.
REMEMBER THIS: When you are equipped with power, you are guaranteed safety.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Believe that you cannot be wasted by the enemy.
2. Make use of the power you have as a child of God against the enemy.
3. Spend more time with God at the place of prayer and worship.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for the power and authority You gave me in Christ. In the Name of Jesus, I condemn every tongue and device of the enemy against my life, destiny, and family. I shall fulfil my days, Lord in Jesus Name.

STOP MARKETING THE FLESH

One of the worst things that can happen to a Christian is to become a tool in the hands of satan the devil unknowingly.

SCRIPTURE: And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtil of heart. Proverbs 7:10
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: One of the worst things that can happen to a Christian is to become a tool in the hands of satan the devil unknowingly.
From our anchor scripture above, it is established that there is the attire (a dressing) of a harlot. Commercial organizations market their products extensively through advertisement. In the same manner, the attire of a harlot is the attire that merchandises or advertises the human flesh as a product to be exploited.
In this end time, there is the shameless exposure and showcasing of the flesh even in church. It is impossible to differentiate a Jezebel (immoral and seductive woman) from a Christian woman or lady. They wear dresses that are very revealing and tight on their bodies, yet, they come to church to sing and clap. The question is: who are they deceiving?
Instead of advertising our spirituality, we live in a generation that seeks to advertise carnality. The truth is, each time you dress in a seductive manner, you are only advertising your body and you seem to be saying, ‘Everybody see me, look at how physically endowed I am: look at my chest, look at my back, look at how big my hips are; just take a look.’ If you are such a person, the only thing that appears to be your most important asset is your flesh.
Beloved, one of the worst things that can happen to a Christian is to become a tool in the hands of satan the devil unknowingly. The challenge is, many children of God have joined the children of the devil in fulfilling satan’s vision by directing people to the path that will lead them into damnation with their looks.  Endeavour not to become a tool in the hand of satan. Stop marketing the flesh. Advertise spirituality, not carnality.
REMEMBER THIS: One of the worst things that can happen to a Christian is to become a tool in the hands of Satan the devil unknowingly.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1.  Determine to represent God in your looks or dressing
2.  Endeavour to change your wardrobe if necessary.
PRAYER: Lord, I thank You for Your Word to me today. I demand that You kill every fleshly tendency in me, O Lord, in Jesus Name.

USE YOUR GIFT TO GLORIFY GOD, NOT THE DEVIL

Never use your God-given gift to the glory of the devil or for ordinary entertainment without impacting lives positively. Ensure you can defend how you use your potential before God.

SCRIPTURE: For David, after he had served his own generation by the will of God, fell on sleep Acts 13:36a
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Ensure that you glorify God in everything you do.
In those days, there was a man called Elvis Presley, the king of rock as he was called. He was raised in church. I once listened to his recorded performance of the Christian hymns: Amazing Grace and How Great Thou Art with his deep baritone voice combined with amazing vocal effects; it was awesome and impactful. But afterwards, he drifted and handed himself to the devil; he started singing songs that glorified the devil. Consequently, he died on drugs; Elvis Presley faded away in shame because he decided to glorify the devil with his potential.
Michael Jackson also grew in church, sang in church, but after a while, he was lured into the world. He began to glorify the devil with his potential and he died miserably.
There are many people today who are glorifying the devil with what was graciously given to them by God. How could a person use the voice that Jehovah gave him for the worship of His Name, to sing immoral songs glorifying the devil? Why would God give you voice, wisdom, graces, etc., and you use it to celebrate His enemy, satan, the devil? How would you stand before God in Judgment?
There are people who have the gift of making people laugh but they are making unclean jokes. Some of the jokes are full of lies. You do not need to tell lies to make jokes; there are clean, healthy humours that can make a heart merry and do good like medicine.
Beloved, ensure that you glorify God in everything you do. Never use your God-given gift to the glory of the devil or for ordinary entertainment without impacting lives positively. Ensure you can defend how you use your potential before God.
REMEMBER THIS: Ensure that you glorify God in everything you do.

ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Ask for mercy if you have ever used your potential to glorify the devil or promote the kingdom of darkness.
2. Channel your gifts and potentials towards making positive impact on earth and glorifying God.
3. Refuse to bow to the pressure of glorifying the devil with your potentials no matter the money, fame or promises involved.

PRAYER: Lord, my life, resources and potentials are all Yours. Use me for Your glory, Lord in Jesus Name.

WHERE TO EXPRESS DILIGENCE

Be diligent in the assignment of your life or the work of your hands give it what it takes, deploy your energy for maximum impact in what you do (Ecclesiastes 9:10).

SCRIPTURE: Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest. Ecclesiastes 9:10
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: There is no victory for the lazy.
Yesterday, we looked at diligence as one of the major keys to destiny fulfilment. We saw, among other things, that where people are lazy, life can never be easy, and hard work is the cure for hard life.
Today, we are going to look at the areas of life where diligence can be expressed for the fulfilment of destiny:

1. Faith and Relationship with God: Be diligent in the development of your faith and in your relationship with God. It is necessary to note that your faith and relationship with God require diligence (Joshua 1:8).
Beloved, there is no victory for the lazy. Many people spend hours watching television, they spend hours on garbage on the internet but no time for the Word of God. Joshua 1:8 says that we should meditate on the Word day and night. So, it is crucial to develop your faith because your faith determines your life, strength and victory in life. Develop quality relationship with God; take the time to worship, study His Word, pray, fast, fortify yourself.

2. Self-development: Be diligent in the development of yourself. That is, increasing in the knowledge of what you do, your gift, talents and potentials. David developed himself until he was number one in Israel in playing the instrument (1 Samuel 16:18).
Beloved, come to a level in your profession where you can be considered first amongst every other person.

3. Life Assignment: Be diligent in what you do. Be diligent in the assignment of your life or the work of your hands give it what it takes, deploy your energy for maximum impact in what you do (Ecclesiastes 9:10).
As you make up your mind to be diligent, I see you at the top in life.

REMEMBER THIS: There is no victory for the lazy.

ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Spend time with God at the place of prayer and worship to build a strong and intimate relationship with Him.
2. Take up a course that would facilitate your mental and career development where necessary.
3. Maximally deploy your energy into your assignment.

PRAYER: Lord, draw me close to You like never before. I receive the grace to pour out myself unto the fulfilment of the purpose for which I was created, Lord, in Jesus name.

THE PLACE OF DILIGENCE IN DESTINY

The possibilities of life are accessible by diligence, but where people are lazy, life can never be easy.

SCRIPTURE: By much slothfulness the building decayeth; and through idleness of the hands the house droppeth through. Ecclesiastes 10:18
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Where people are lazy, life can never be easy.
Diligence is another key to destiny fulfilment. The place of diligence to destiny fulfilment can never be over-emphasized. The possibilities of life are accessible by diligence, but where people are lazy, life can never be easy.
Jacob was a typical example of a diligent worker; he forced himself into destiny fulfilment on the frequency of diligence. Genesis 31:38-41 confirms that Jacob worked day and night; he was too diligent to be frustrated by his wicked uncle, Laban. Diligence was the only way Jacob could survive and succeed despite the wickedness and crookedness of his employer. At a point, he had to physically paint woods to determine the colour of the offspring the flocks were to bring forth because that was the next condition of service. He wearied out Laban by work; the cheating attitude of Laban could not work against Jacob. He worked his way out of Laban's crookedness (Genesis 30:37-38).
Now, let us look at some facts about diligence:
1. Diligence brings eminence (Proverbs 22:29).
2. Diligence brings excellence (Daniel 6:1-3). To work hard is to stand out. Hard work brings high flight.
3. Diligence brings affluence. Hard work is the cure for hard life. Jacob became affluent by diligence (Genesis 30:25-27, 43).
4. Diligence forbids decadence. Nothing is permitted to decay where there is diligence. It is indolence that breeds decadence (Ecclesiastes 10:18).
5. Diligence facilitates providence. It facilitates the fulfilment of your Divinely ordained plans and purpose. God is a Worker; Jesus is a Worker (John 5:17). So, God loves those who love work.
Beloved, make up your mind to be diligent in everything you do.
REMEMBER THIS: Where people are lazy, life can never be easy.

ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Have a schedule of your daily activities and have a personal assessment at the end of each day.
2. Refuse to company with lazy people.
3. If you are trusting God for what to do, start doing something no matter how little it is.

PRAYER: Lord, I receive the grace to be diligent in everything I do. I refuse to waste my life. Bring me into eminence through diligence and excellence, Lord, in Jesus Name.

YOUR DECISION AND YOUR DESTINY

Beloved, the wrong decision of today can close a destiny forever. So, avoid wrong decisions and guide your heart from negative suggestions that can influence your decisions.

SCRIPTURE: And Jacob said, Sell me this day thy birthright. And Esau said, Behold, I am at the point to die: and what profit shall this birthright do to me? Genesis 25:31-32.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: People make choices, and choices make people.
Previously, we looked at discovery as one of the keys that facilitate the fulfilment of destiny. And today, we are looking at decision as another key. Decision is very critical to the fulfilment of destiny. People make choices then choices make people. That is to say, people make choices, and the choices they make either make or mar them in return. It is not possible to be made without a choice.
It was through a decision that Jacob negotiated and got the birth right from Esau, his brother and he (Jacob) ended up as the carrier of the Abrahamic Blessing. Jacob was the second born, so what ought to have been in the line-up of the covenant patriarchs is: the Lord God of Abraham, Isaac and Esau. But Jacob examined the situation of his birth, he saw that the Abrahamic blessing is very great; he saw how massive his father Isaac was by virtue of the blessing. So, Jacob began to think: does it mean that this mighty river of blessing flowing through this family is meant to bypass me? Does it mean that I was only born into this family for fancy? With all these thoughts in mind, he began to strategize until he found a solution. He discovered that his brother Esau loved temporary things above permanent matters and that he also preferred food above the future.
So, Jacob strategically planned to collect the birth right from Esau. And Esau, who did not value the birth right entered into a transaction that displaced him from the book of eternal covenant with the Almighty God; he made a regrettable decision. The position of birth is the most difficult thing to change but Jacob changed it by choice (Genesis 25:29-34).
Beloved, the wrong decision of today can close a destiny forever. So, avoid wrong decisions and guard your heart from negative suggestions that can influence your decisions.
REMEMBER THIS: People make choices, and choices make people.

ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Determine to succeed in life and fulfil your destiny no matter the situation around you.
2. Make out time to think on scriptures that will build your faith unto fulfilment.
3. Back up your decision with brutal work and aggressive prayer.

PRAYER: Lord, I receive the grace to make the right decision for my life and destiny. Nothing can hamper my fulfilment in life and destiny, Lord in Jesus Name.

CRITICAL DISCOVERIES TO MAKE IN LIFE

Beloved, until you know who you are, nobody has the right to know who you are. Until your identity can be defined by you, obscurity remains your portion.

SCRIPTURE:  The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law. Deuteronomy 29:29
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Until your identity can be defined by you, obscurity remains your portion.
We have been on the journey of exploring the profits of discovery. In addition to the different profits of discovery mentioned previously, it is also important to know that discovery is cure for deficiency and shortage. Our anchor Scripture establishes the fact that discovery is cure for deficiency and shortage. Revelation is a magnet of possession. There is something that can travel in your direction if a fresh light comes upon you.
Now, what discoveries are you to make?
1. Discover whose you are.
Who owns you? The God you are serving, do you know Him? (Daniel 11:32, Philippians 3:10). Knowing God is a continuous process. The more you discover the God you are serving, the more authority you gather.

2. Discover who you are
In John 1:22-23, when the Pharisees sent people to John, the people asked him, who are you that we may give an answer to them that sent us? That is to say, what do you say of yourself? He said, I am the voice…; he did not say, I am a voice. That is, that voice that Isaiah spoke about, the voice of one crying in the wilderness, make straight the way of the Lord that voice you read about, I am the one.
Beloved, until you know who you are, nobody has the right to know who you are. Until your identity can be defined by you, obscurity remains your portion.

3. Discover what is yours.
You must know what is yours. Divine health is yours (Isaiah 53:5). Supernatural supply is yours (Deuteronomy 8:18), Deliverance is yours (Galatians 3:13). Divine direction is yours (John 10:27). The anointing is yours (1 John 2:20). Favour is yours (Psalm 5:12).
Beloved, endeavour to know God, yourself and what is yours. You shall succeed in Jesus’ Name.
REMEMBER THIS: Until your identity can be defined by you, obscurity remains your portion.

ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Know whose you are. Let it be confirmed that you belong to God totally; do not glorify the devil and still think you are God's own.
2. Know who you are; do not allow the devil to intimidate you with his lies.
3. Make demands on what is yours.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for making me in Your Image. I walk in the realm of fulfilment, freedom and prosperity. And I take delivery of what is mine, Lord, in Jesus Name.

THE ABUSE OF GRACE AND ETERNAL DAMNATION

The abuse of grace leads to eternal damnation in hellfire. To claim that grace is a license to live anyhow is to find oneself in eternal hellfire where there is no way out.

SCRIPTURE: For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins. But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. He that despise Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: Hebrews 10:26-28.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The abuse of grace leads to eternal damnation.
The grace of God which is given to help us live a sin-free life has been used by many in our days to brazenly commit sin and excuse it away. There are people who live anyhow they want in the name of grace. Some preachers teach that once you are saved, you are forever saved and that it does not matter the sin you commit. That is a lie from the pit of hell; that is an abuse of grace.
The essence of grace is to make us wax strong in spirit (Luke 2:40); grace makes people to be Christ-like in every aspect. It teaches people to deny ungodliness and worldly lust (Titus 2:11-12); grace empowers people to live soberly in righteousness and godliness in this present world (Titus 2:11-12), and causes people to abound unto good work (2 Corinthians 9:8). So, grace helps us to live right; it is not a license to live wrong.
Jude 1:4-7 (NLT) says, some ungodly people have wormed their way into your churches, saying that God’s marvellous grace allows us to live immoral lives. The condemnation of such people was recorded long ago, for they have denied our only Master and Lord, Jesus Christ. So I want to remind you, though you already know these things, that Jesus first rescued the nation of Israel from Egypt, but later destroyed those who did not remain faithful.
So, there is nothing like if you are saved today, you remain saved permanently regardless of how you live.
Beloved, please be mindful of this: church welcomes everybody as they are so they can be changed, but not so with heaven. The abuse of grace leads to eternal damnation in hellfire. To claim that grace is a license to live anyhow is to find oneself in eternal hellfire where there is no way out. That will not be your portion in Jesus Name.
REMEMBER THIS: The abuse of grace leads to eternal damnation.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Refuse to live in sin; and if you have a weakness, make demands on God's grace to overcome and live in righteousness.
2. Be sincere to God; if you make a mistake, sincerely ask for mercy and never go back to it.
3. Pray, study the Word, and create an atmosphere of God's presence around you always.

PRAYER: O Lord, give me the grace to walk in righteousness. Draw me close to You and connect me with Your purity, Lord, in Jesus Name.

DOMINION IN DISCOVERY

The level of dominion you have exercised so far is a function of your discoveries.

SCRIPTURE: And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.  Matthew 16:17-18
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The level of dominion you have exercised so far is a function of your discoveries.
Many years ago, Paul Yonggi Cho was trying to cast out a demon from someone. He said he did everything he could but the devil remained. All of a sudden, he got a flash of light in his spirit and he told the demon: “demon, you have to go out now! Two thousand years ago, my elder brother, Jesus Christ defeated you on my behalf and I stand in His shoes to ask you to get out.The devil replied with something like, Hold on, hold on! I will go but please do not tell anyone this secret because many people are not aware of it. Then the demon left.
Beloved, it is the knowledge of whose you are and who you are that gives you dominion in life. Search the Scripture and let God reveal you to you.
When Jesus said to His disciples, who do men say I am? Peter said, you are the Christ the son of the Living God (Matthew 16:15-16). By that discovery, Jesus said to Peter, thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. That is, step into dominion by what you have just discovered.
Beloved, there is something you can see out of Scripture that will make you shift in power, authority, audacity, and boldness. The level of dominion you have exercised so far is a function of the discoveries you have made. Light is reflective. When you carry light, you do not beg darkness; darkness naturally excuses itself as light arrives. So, if you are lacking in power or dominion, then you must step up in discoveries, discoveries from Scripture.
REMEMBER THIS: The level of dominion you have exercised so far is a function of your discoveries.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Locate Scriptures that will position you as an authority in the realms you desire, and meditate on them.
2. Surrender your will completely to God so that your dominion and audacity can be established.

PRAYER: Lord, I surrender my will to You. Please show me a revelation that will shift me to a higher realm of dominion and power with You, Lord, in Jesus Name.

KEYS TO DESTINY FULFILMENT

Beloved, the day you locate your place in Scripture, your destiny fulfilment begins, and all eyes will be fastened upon you (Luke 4:20).

SCRIPTURE: Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Jeremiah 1:5
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Discovery is behind recovery.
It is very important to know that keys are assets to life. Keys are also indispensable to life because they facilitate access and exit.
However, it is not enough to have keys, it is important to have the right keys. And beyond having the right keys, making use of them is crucial.
Now, one key that facilitates the opening of destiny is called Discovery
Discovery facilitates the fulfilment of destiny. In Luke 4:15-21, Jesus Christ our Saviour literally stepped into His Ministry by a discovery He made in the Book of prophet Isaiah – And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written (concerning him in Isaiah Chapter 61).
Beloved, the day you locate your place in Scripture, your destiny fulfilment begins, and all eyes will be fastened upon you (Luke 4:20). In Luke 4:17, the Bible says, when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written He opened the place and found. So, you do not just access what is written about you until you search for it. There is a connection between destiny and discovery.

Now, what are the profits of discovery?
i. Discovery is key to recovery.
When you discover, you recover. Daniel discovered something in the Book of Jeremiah and it became the recovery of the destiny of Israel from captivity (Daniel 9:1-2). Discovery is behind recovery.

ii. Discovery is key to delivery.
What you discover concerning your life, for example, will determine what you can deliver to your generation. Jesus discovered who He was and delivered His calling, potential and the grace of God (Luke 4:17).

iii. Discovery is key to deliverance (John 8:32).
There is something you know that will turn your life around.
Beloved, my counsel is, pay the price to discover God's purpose for your life so you can maximally fulfil your destiny.
REMEMBER THIS: Discovery is behind recovery.

ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. Search the Scripture and ask God to show you what was written concerning you.
2. Assume your place immediately you discover who you are and impact your generation to the glory of God.

PRAYER: Lord, I receive the grace to discover my place in destiny. Show me what is written concerning me in Your Will, Lord, in Jesus Name.

BE STILL

The reality of God manifests in stillness.

SCRIPTURE: Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Psalm 46:10-11
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The reality of God manifests in stillness.
In life, there are times when we come face-to-face with situations that cause bewilderment and perplexity. Many people do not know what to do at the turbulent moments of life.
Now, what do you do at such times? You have to be still (Psalm 46:10-11).
But the question is, what does it mean to be still? It means to be calm; to be at peace. It also means to be unruffled and unshaken in the face of daring circumstances and situations. It means to be stable and noiseless.
What are the products of stillness?
1. Insight: In stillness there is insight. Psalm 46:10 says, Be still, and know. So, when you are at peace, there are things you get to know. At times, when the enemy wants you to be agitated and tensed up, calm down and listen; you will hear and know something.
2. Encounter: In stillness there is encounter. Knowledge is a form of encounter. The Bible says, And Adam knew his wife.In other words, Adam encountered his wife. So, to be still is to have encounter.
3. Divine Reality: In stillness there is the manifestation of Divine reality. The reality of God manifests in stillness. There is a side of God you will never know until you are calm because it is not of him that willeth or runneth but of God that showeth mercy (Romans 9:16).
Beloved, be still and watch God move. It is not over until God says it is over and God will never say it is over until His interest is secured; until His purpose is established in your life and destiny. So, do not let anything under heaven make you lose your peace.
REMEMBER THIS: The reality of God manifests in stillness.
ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Do not worry about anything; hand over your worries to Him and watch Him move into action.
2. When you are confronted by a storm, be still, and listen for Divine instruction and direction; write those instructions out and obey them accordingly.
3. Disassociate yourself from every source of discouragement and depression.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for Your plan for me. Thank You for perfecting all that concerns me. I receive Your peace Lord, in Jesus Name.

POWER ABOVE ALL OTHER POWERS

Nothing paralyzes satanic agenda like the power of God.

SCRIPTURE: Who is he that saith, and it cometh to pass, when the Lord commandeth it not? Lamentations 3:37
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Nothing paralyzes satanic agenda like the power of God.
Sometime ago, I heard the testimony of a rich man in Cotonou, Benin Republic. This man was so diabolical that he had a personal native doctor (Babalawo).  But one day he had an encounter and ran to our church in Benin Republic to surrender his life to Jesus Christ. His native doctor, knowing what had happened in the spirit confronted him physically and threatened to kill him within three days if he failed to return to his shrine. So,out of fear the man ran to our location pastor and said to him, Pastor, help me take care of my family when I die.
However, the Pastor told him: No way! You are not going to die. Get on your knees. He anointed him and brutally declared, By the vengeance mantle of God at work on the life of my father, Dr Paul Enenche, I decree that the same three days the native doctor gave you to die, he shall be the one to die. Brethren, on the exact third day, the native doctor became history  he died! That was the manifestation of Power that surpasses power. The Power of God is above all other powers on the earth.
Beloved, the Power of God is superior to any power on earth. Nothing paralyzes satanic agenda like the power of God.All other powers can fail but the power of God cannot fail.
Today, I prophesy to you, the Power of God shall answer for you, in Jesus Name.
REMEMBER THIS: Nothing paralyzes satanic agenda like the power of God.
ASSIGNMENTS:
1. Surrender completely to the Lordship of Jesus Christ for your salvation and safety.
2. Reject any alternative to God or the Power of God; it is a trap of destruction.
3. Take cover under the prophetic cover God has placed over you for your preservation.
PRAYER: Lord, I decree that no power of hell, no scheme of man can ever pluck me out of Your Hand. I stand on the Power of Christ for the preservation of my life and destiny, Lord, in Jesus Name.

YOUR CASE IS DIFFERENT

The season of doom for the world is the season of boom for the church: times of punishment for the world are times of nourishment for the children of God.

SCRIPTURE: When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up...  Job 22:29
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The season of doom for the world is the season of boom for the church: times of punishment for the world are times of nourishment for the children of God.
We serve a God who has an exemption package for His people. This exemption package is what makes your case as a child of God different from others. Your case being different simply means that you don't necessarily have to experience the negative things others experience around you.
The truth is, it is not compulsory to suffer what your father suffered. It is true that everybody is living in the same world, but it is not true that everyone’s experiences must be the same.
Time has revealed that we are in a generation where the systems of the world seem to be failing rapidly; a dark cloud of lack seems to gloomily unfold upon the earth. There is also the degeneration in the health of the inhabitants of the earth.
But the good news is, your case is different. For the children of God, the season of doom for the world is their season of boom; the period of scarcity for the world is the period of prosperity for the church. The groaning season for the world is the glowing season for the people of God; times of punishment for the world are times of nourishment for the child of God (Job 22:29, Genesis 26:1, 12).
My counsel is, camp with God. Nothing makes your case different like association with the Almighty. If God is your Father, let Him be your Father indeed!
In this season, your case shall be different; what befalls others shall not befall you, in Jesus Name.
REMEMBER THIS:The season of doom for the world is the season of boom for the church: times of punishment for the world are times of nourishment for the child of God.
ASSIGNMENT(S):
1. No matter what happens around you, never fear and never faint. Know that your case is different.
2. Remain under the shadow of the Almighty; fight whatever attempts to fight your relationship or association with God.
PRAYER: Lord, I refuse to be buried in the holocaust of this generation. I connect the power to sail through what sink others. I confess that my case different Lord, in Jesus Name.
